Marco graduated from the Politecnico di Milano in 2006 before moving to Japan for his first professional experience, as part of the European exchange programme ‘Vulcanus’. On returning to Italy, Marco worked in Milan before joining the Renzo Piano Building Workshop in Genova, where he was involved in the design of the ‘Centro Botín’, an art and cultural centre in the northern Spanish city of Santander. Marco subsequently moved to Santander and for over three years contributed to the construction of this complex cultural project. He moved to London in 2016 to join SOM as a Senior Technical Architect, working on several residential and mixed-used developments in the UK and abroad.
Marco loves surfing and whenever possible tries to get out of London to catch the waves.
