woodlands quarter: phase one practical completion

Phase one of our mixed-use regeneration scheme the Woodlands Quarter has now completed with our construction partner ISG Plc.

 

The scheme sits within the London Borough of Ealing on the site of the former Acton College. Phase one is home to the new Ark Soane Academy, a 1,200 place secondary and sixth form school. Future phases will realise 116 new homes set within plentiful public realm adjacent to parkland in an integrated development.
